Online Parent Portal

The Online Parent Portal is a tool available for you to track your child’s daily progress in school as well as pay your child’s lunch bill online. The tool is an electronic gradebook (Wen-GAGE i-Gradebook) and is accessible on the web. The portal provides you with real-time access to data from both the teacher’s gradebook and the lunch accounting system. If you would like access to the Parent Portal, please send an email to spirops@spiro.k12.ok.us requesting a user name and password. You will receive a reply via email providing you with login credentials and instructions.

Be sure to include the following in your email request:

Parent/Guardian Name

Student Name(s)

Student Grade Level(s)

Enrollment Information

All students must have a copy of the following documents:

1. Immunization Record

2. Birth Certificate

3. Social Security Card

• Lower Elementary students should report to Mrs. Tobler’s office to complete an enrollment package.

• Upper Elementary students will need the following:

  Enrollment Requirements (pdf)

All Middle School and High School students will need the following:

1. Report to Nurse’s Office for immunization record check.
2. Immunizations may be needed before enrolling.
3. Report to counselor in appropriate building site for enrollment.
